Is this appropriate for my daughter's age?
Yes. Growing Together is designed specifically for females ages 11+. The content is age-appropriate, clear, and shared in a way that feels safe, supportive, and comfortable for both of you.
What exactly happens in the workshop?
You and your daughter will move through a guided one hour experience together. You’ll learn about the four phases of the female cycle, body awareness, emotional changes, and practical ways to support each stage. There are also intentional moments for reflection, connection, and healthy conversation.
Will my daughter actually engage or will she be uncomfortable?
This experience was created with her in mind. The content is warm, relatable, and easy to understand, not clinical or overwhelming. Most girls leave feeling more confident, curious, and understood. Having you there beside her helps create comfort and trust.
Do we need any prior knowledge to attend?
Not at all. This is a starting point, not an advanced class. Whether this is brand new information or a refresher, you will both leave with valuable insight and practical tools.
How long is the workshop?
Growing Together is one hour. One focused hour designed to create understanding, connection, and conversations that continue long after the session ends.
Will there be other families in the session or is it private?
This is a guided group experience shared with other mothers and daughters in a supportive environment. Private family sessions are also available for those who prefer a more personal setting. Contact for inquiries.
What if my daughter is shy or doesn't want to talk?
She does not have to speak. The workshop is thoughtfully guided so no one is put on the spot. Participation looks different for everyone, and quiet learning is welcome too.
Are private family sessions available?
Yes. Private sessions are available for families who would like a more personal experience. Contact for inquiries and availability.
Is this a one-time experience or part of something bigger?
Growing Together is a standalone Mother’s Day experience. For families who want to continue learning, 31TEN Training also offers a deeper 12-week program that expands on these foundations.
